Hayley Mullen, a highly motivated and versatile Purchase Order Specialist, has been a valuable member of the Apleona team for just over six years. Hayley’s career at Apleona began in a much different role than where she is today. Starting out as a Catering Assistant for Foodspace in Sligo, Hayley quickly proved her potential by assisting with catering administration two days a week. Over time, her skills led her to transition into full-time administration, and after three years as a Catering Admin Coordinator on the service desk, Hayley became the dedicated Purchase Order Specialist she is today. Her progression showcases her ability to evolve with the business and take on new challenges.

A Day in the Life of Hayley

Hayley’s mornings kick off by checking emails and setting up meetings with her team to tackle any issues they might be facing. From running reports on purchase orders to rolling out new procedures, Hayley plays an integral role in keeping business operations running smoothly. In addition to these tasks, she’s taken on the initiative of creating training videos for a new training library. On any given day, Hayley answers numerous calls from colleagues seeking her expertise on various queries. Her problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with all departments ensure that she is a go-to resource within the workplace.

After a busy day at work, Hayley unwinds by spending quality time with her children. She enjoys being outdoors, cooking delicious meals, and indulging in a good book or some downtime with Netflix.
