Since joining, Brendan has played a crucial role in streamlining operations and enhancing supplier relationships.

A Dynamic Workday

Brendan’s responsibilities range from conducting tenders and managing a fleet of over 150 vehicles to supporting site teams and collaborating with supply chain partners. The changing nature of his role keeps him engaged and allows him to consistently find new ways to drive efficiency and value. “Every new day brings something different along with it.” Outside of work, Brendan enjoys unwinding with his family, reading about history, or watching a good movie.

Motivation and Achievements

Brendan finds inspiration in the people he works with—both his colleagues and the stakeholders he supports. “Seeing the impact of what we do motivates me to find better solutions.”

One of Brendan’s proudest achievements at Apleona has been the successful implementation of vendors and fleet operations following our latest acquisition. This complex project required strategic planning, collaboration, and adaptability— “I am proud of the team and the work we accomplished.”

Transitioning from the construction industry into facilities management was one of Brendan’s biggest challenges. While his procurement background gave him a solid foundation, he had to quickly adapt to new standards and operational requirements. Thanks to the support of his colleagues, he navigated the learning curve successfully and is now thriving in his role.
