“Personal development is very important to me. I love a challenge. I have completed internal and external courses. I feel, that I have gained most knowledge through practical on-the-job training. I have been exposed to numerous parts of the business and I have assisted on mobilisations of new units, business tenders and collaborated with operation teams on different projects. It has been a very instructive experience, and has allowed me to learn about and understand the entire operation at Apleona. I think Apleona offers a wide range of entry opportunities and development prospects. Whether you are at the beginning of your career, want to further your professional development or are looking for a new job – it is a great place to be.
I have always found that any member of any team I have worked with so far has taught me something new about the business and have always been available to answer any questions I might have had. I feel my contribution and opinion is always valuable and listened to. It is so nice to know that I am a part of a strong equal community.
On this International Women’s Day, I would like to share the most important message to all young women around the world. It is important for all of us to support each other. We are stronger as a group than as individuals. Together we can forge women’s equality.
I have a daughter who is in college and starting out on her career journey. I would always say to her to do what she loves, work hard, treat everyone well. Be open to new opportunities and most of all have self-belief. Nothing is out of reach to you – if you work hard you can achieve it”.
