The Economic and Social Research Institute (ESRI), a notable research institute, has been a valued client since 2014. After the initial contract award, our collaboration was reaffirmed through a competitive tender process in 2019.
We deliver integrated facilities management services at their site in Dublin, tailored to ensure optimal operations and an ideal environment. These services include a 24/7/365 helpdesk service, computer-aided facility management (CAFM) and client portal services, planned and reactive M&E maintenance and cleaning services, and security.
